週末は、せたがや区民まつりで「熊谷」をＰＲします。

週末の８月6日（土）、７日（日）の２日間、世田谷区の区民まつりに参加し、熊谷市のPRを行ないます。
熊谷市の「ふるさと納税」や「ラグビー ワールドカップ２０１９の開催都市」をアピールし、熊谷の地酒（権田酒造）や銘菓 五家宝（堀内製菓）の即売を行ないます。
昨年も、「あの暑い街よね」、「昔、近くの学校に通ってた」等々、たくさんのお声掛けとお買い上げをいただきました。
なお、世田谷区との災害時の応援協定は、都心から60km圏内で２０万人の人口を擁し、新幹線の停車駅など、本市の特性が評価されて締結されたものです。
