熊谷市観光協会の民営化（法人化）の検討状況をご報告します。

さくら祭、うちわ祭、花火大会・・・熊谷市観光協会は、会員はじめ、市民の皆様の御理解・御協力をいただき、「まつりのまち 熊谷」の伝統行事を着実に推進しております。 人口減少社会となり、地域の活力低下が危惧されることを背景に、「地方創生」の議論が各地でなされています。また、２０１９年、熊谷は、ラグビーワールドカップの開催都市になります。
この機を捉え、我が熊谷を「住んでよし、訪れてよし」の街になるよう、現在、観光協会の民営化（法人化）の議論を進めております。
これまで、２回にわたり検討状況をお知らせしておりますが、この度、「組織替えの骨子（案）」をまとめましたので、御報告します。
よりよい「変化」となるよう、皆様の御意見をお寄せいただきたいと考えております。
