「愛染堂」 保存修理プロジェクト 始まる!!

熊谷市下川上にある「宝乗院 愛染堂」は、江戸時代中期頃に建設され、「愛染」が「藍染」に通じることから、熊谷周辺をはじめ、関東一円の多くの染物業者らの信仰も集めました。
現在、愛染堂は老朽化で屋根の一部が崩落しています。
愛染堂の復活を願い、今の悲しいお姿を「愛染時雨」として、歌にされたとのお話も伺いました。
